The hotel is conveniently located right off the expressway, but it needs some updates and better heating. The breakfast supply ran out early, and the dining experience was below average. The service was a mix of friendly except for a specific incident, and the location was close to Western Kentucky University, although a bit overpriced. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, near the caves and Corvette factory/museum, providing great indoor and outdoor spots to sit. However, the room was not up to par, being dirty and smelly, with buggers on the walls and stained sheets. The dining experience was severely lacking, with a breakfast setup in a guest room that was not worth counting. Despite these issues, the staff was very kind and helpful.
